INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon olive oil

2 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 (4 ounce) cans chopped mild green chilies

2 teaspoons cumin
-
2 teaspoons dried oregano
-
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

3 (16 ounce) can great northern beans, drained

6 cups ( about 3 cans ) canned chicken broth
-
4 cups chopped cooked chicken,I use about 4 chicken breasts.
DIRECTIONS
heat oil in large pot over medium heat.

add onion and sauce until translucent, about 5 minutes

stir in garlic, then chillies, cumin, oregano and cayenne and salute for 2 minutes

add undrained beans and stock bring to boil

reduce heat
-
add chicken and cheese to chili
-
Stir in cheese melts
-
season to taste with salt & pepper
-
Then add garlic, cook for 1 minute.

Add the cubed chicken cook for 5 minutes.

Then add all the rest of the indgredients,stir.

Cook for 15 minutes, on low heat.
