Roasted Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 ½ lbs fresh green beans trimmed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Toss green beans with olive oil,
- Place beans in a single layer on the roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
- Roast for about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
