Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ lbs fresh green beans trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Toss green beans with olive oil,
  • Place beans in a single layer on the roasting pan.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese.
  • Roast for about 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately.
