Ingredients:

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

3 tablespoons white-wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, grated

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano

1 teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon ground pepper

12 ounces green beans, trimmed
Directions:

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high.

Whisk oil, vinegar, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper in a large bowl.

Place beans in a grill basket. Grill, stirring occasionally, until slightly charred and tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
