Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ lbs potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced (I use Trader Joe’s Frozen garlic cubes)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • ½ tsp lemon zest (I did not use)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; work in batches, if necessary. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
