Air Fryer Rosemary Garlic Baby Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs potatoes halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced (I use Trader Joe’s Frozen garlic cubes)
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
- ½ tsp lemon zest (I did not use)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Toss together potatoes, oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt in a large bowl. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; work in batches, if necessary. Cook until potatoes are golden brown and tender, about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
