Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries ( I used fresh)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Zest of half a lemon
- Maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Spray a baking dish.
- Mash two ripe bananas in baking dish.
- Add the rolled oats on top.Sprinkle the chia seeds on top. Pour the milk over the other ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add the frozen berries, cinnamon and lemon zest on top and pop it in the preheated oven.
- You’ll know it’s done when the oats have thickened and the liquid is fully absorbed.
