Baked Oatmeal

Course Breakfast

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups  frozen mixed berries ( I used fresh)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Zest of half a lemon
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions
 

  • Spray a baking dish.
  • Mash two ripe bananas in baking dish.
  • Add the rolled oats on top.Sprinkle the chia seeds on top. Pour the milk over the other ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Add the frozen berries, cinnamon and lemon zest on top and pop it in the preheated oven.
  • You’ll know it’s done when the oats have thickened and the liquid is fully absorbed.
