Homemade Gluten Free Bread

Homemade Gluten Free bread recipe is easy to make, dairy free, and bakes into the best bread ever.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups GF All Purpose Flour
  • 2.5 tsp Xantham gum
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Instant yeast

Mix together

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1.5 cup Warm water
  • 1 tsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)

Instructions
 

  • Pulse dry ingredients together, then mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  • Shape in a loaf pan.
  • Spray the top of the bread lightly with avocado spray, cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes then decrease to 350 and bake 30 minutes.
  • Let pan cool and turn onto rack, let bread cool fully ( 1 hr) before eating
