Homemade Gluten Free Bread
Homemade Gluten Free bread recipe is easy to make, dairy free, and bakes into the best bread ever.
Ingredients
- 2 Cups GF All Purpose Flour
- 2.5 tsp Xantham gum
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Instant yeast
Mix together
- 2 Eggs
- 1.5 cup Warm water
- 1 tsp ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar)
Instructions
- Pulse dry ingredients together, then mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Shape in a loaf pan.
- Spray the top of the bread lightly with avocado spray, cover with plastic and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes then decrease to 350 and bake 30 minutes.
- Let pan cool and turn onto rack, let bread cool fully ( 1 hr) before eating
