Crispy Chicken Quinoa Bowl with Lemon Honey Tahini
Ingredients
- ½ cup Quinoa
- 1 cup Roasted or steamed veggies (Broccoli or Brussel sprouts)
- ¾ cup Lemon, Pepper Chicken
- 2 tsp Tahini dressing
- ½ cup Crispy Chickpeas
Tahini Dressing
- 3-4 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Honey
- ¼ Squeezed Lemon
- 3-4 tbsp Water, added more if you want thinner
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with tahini dressing. Enjoy!
