Crispy Chicken Quinoa Bowl with Lemon Honey Tahini

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Quinoa
  • 1 cup Roasted or steamed veggies (Broccoli or Brussel sprouts)
  • ¾ cup Lemon, Pepper Chicken
  • 2 tsp Tahini dressing
  • ½ cup Crispy Chickpeas

Tahini Dressing

  • 3-4 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ¼ Squeezed Lemon
  • 3-4 tbsp Water, added more if you want thinner

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with tahini dressing. Enjoy!
