Healthy Snickers Banana Bars
Easy to make, quick, healthy and OMG amazing!! They taste just like a Snickers bar!! Plus they are gf, v and dairy free.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas sliced into 4 parts each
Topping
- ¼ cup nut butter (All natural, no sugar)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Chocolate
- ⅓ cup DF chocolate chips
- ½ tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- 1. Slice bananas into 4 parts.2. Mix caramel sauce together and spread onto theslices.3. Add the coconut oil to the chocolate chip and melt in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each time4. Drizzle bananas with chocolate5. Enjoy!! You can eat immediately or freeze for at least 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens, or longer for a frozen banana treat (the wait is worth it, but you are gonna way to eat it right away!
